Because the SimplrFlex platform provides support for hundreds of Business Partners, Experts will often switch between answering a question for one Business Partner and then immediately follow by answering a similar question for a different Business Partner.

It is imperative to note the Business Partner from which each ticket originates. One of the worst things you can do is send the customer information/policies for the wrong Business Partner. It is equally as bad if you send the right information, but use the wrong business name.

It's also important to remember that you are the Business Partner. You should never use phrases that might indicate you're a third-party person. For example, never say "I'm going to send your message to Business Partner so they can assist you further." Instead, say something like "I'm going to loop in another of my colleagues so that they can assist you further."
