Our platform has the capability for Experts to send customers coupons. This capability is only available for certain Business Partners and is enabled only for specific macros.
Please note, Experts can only send a certain number of coupons per hour. If you send too many, you won't be able to send additional ones for an hour. This prevents Experts from abusing this capability and sending every customer a coupon.
