Where can I see a list of all tickets that I have resolved?

Experts will receive a Pay Statement each week that lists all tickets they've resolved as well as any incentives for which they qualified and were paid.

Beyond this record, we do not have a way to provide you a list of tickets. We suggest keeping track of tickets that you've resolved using a Google Sheet, Excel Spreadsheet, or similar document if you'd like more granular records of which tickets you have resolved.ย 

This document can also be helpful for tracking your progress towards hitting an incentive. We do not currently have a way to review your progress towards hitting an incentive until after the incentive is complete. Tracking your resolutions yourself can help you with this.
