If you are encountering the "This webpage is not available" error in Island, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

1. Check your internet connection: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection by trying to access other websites or services. If you're unable to connect to any website, the issue might be with your internet connection.

2. Clear browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, corrupted cache or cookies can cause browsing issues. Go to Island settings, then navigate to "Privacy and security" > "Clear browsing data." Select the appropriate time range and check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files." Click on "Clear data" to remove them.

3. Disable browser extensions: Extensions can sometimes interfere with webpage loading. Temporarily disable all extensions by going to Island settings, then "Extensions." Toggle off all the extensions and try accessing the webpage again. If the issue is resolved, you can enable the extensions one by one to identify the problematic one.

4. Disable antivirus or firewall: Antivirus or firewall software might mistakenly block certain websites. Temporarily disable them and check if the webpage loads correctly. If it does, you may need to adjust the settings of your security software to allow access to the website.

5. Flush DNS cache: DNS cache stores information about previously visited websites. Flushing the DNS cache can help resolve any DNS-related issues. Open the Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac), then type the command "ipconfig /flushdns" (Windows) or "sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder" (Mac). Press Enter to execute the command.

6. Try incognito mode: Open a new incognito window in Island by pressing Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Command+Shift+N (Mac). If the webpage loads correctly in incognito mode, it suggests that the issue might be related to your browser settings or extensions.

7. Check for Island updates: Outdated versions of Island can have compatibility issues. Go to Island settings, then click on "About Island" to check for updates. If an update is available, install it and restart the browser.

8. Restart your device: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches or conflicts. Restart your computer or device and try accessing the webpage again.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please reach out to a Specialist.
