We currently do not allow Experts to receive only Chats or Emails. This is to maintain equality and fairness of the platform.

That said, new Experts won't immediately receive Chats. Instead, we give them time to get used to the platform. After a few weeks of answering email tickets, Experts will start receiving Chats.

Experts can also provide their knowledge/skill level in answering various tickets in the Knowledge & Skills section of their Dashboard. This will allow us to prioritize routing certain ticket types to certain Experts.
Is it possible to only receive chats or emails?
