You must adhere to the Terms of Service

You must resolve at least 1 ticket every 30 days
Experts are expected to resolve at least 1 ticket every 30 days. This is to help ensure they remain familiar and comfortable with the platform.
You must maintain adequate Customer Reviews

You must maintain an adequate Accuracy Rating
