What standards must an Expert maintain to remain active on the SimplrFlex platform?

As a SimplrFlex Expert, there are a few key areas you need to monitor to remain active as an Expert.

You must adhere to the Terms of Service

  • The SimplrFlex Terms of Service outline key requirements and expectations for our Experts. You can review the current Terms of Service here. These Terms of Service were provided to you as part of welcoming you to the platform.

You must resolve at least 1 ticket every 30 days

  • Experts are expected to resolve at least 1 ticket every 30 days. This is to help ensure they remain familiar and comfortable with the platform, and to maintain the security of our platform.

  • If you cannot meet this requirement for any reason, please contact us to request that we pause your account. Accounts can only be paused for up to 6 months.

  • If you do not pause your account, and your account is deactivated for inactivity, we cannot guarantee if/when your account can be reinstated.

  • We do not proactively communicate if you're approaching 30 days of inactivity. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you're taking advantage of the platform and the opportunity offered to you.

You must maintain adequate Customer Reviews

You must maintain an adequate Accuracy Rating

  • You can learn more about Accuracy Rate, how it is calculated, and the requirements here.

You must have met and continue to meet our minimum requirements to be an Expert
